§ — What's Included
Stage 1 tells you whether the file is worth pursuing. Stage 2 builds the package that recovers it.
Engagements are billed by the file, or by flat monthly retainer for established shops once per-file volume makes it the better deal. The retainer is never sold upfront. Every quote is specific to the file in front of us — no rate card, no contingency, no commission.
