A Wisconsin-based firm built on the belief that small businesses deserve the same strategic advantage as the big players they compete with.
Founder & principal
Frederick started Tactic Management because he saw a problem nobody was solving well: Wisconsin auto body shops were consistently underpaid by insurance companies, and most shops didn't have the time, tools, or expertise to fight back effectively.
What started as supplement auditing work has grown into a broader mission — helping small and mid-sized businesses build the operational infrastructure, leadership capacity, and dispute resolution skills they need to compete and grow.
Frederick holds training through the National Society of Leadership and Success and studies Leadership and Organizational Development. He applies that academic foundation to the practical, day-to-day realities his clients face — not the other way around.
He's based in Oshkosh, WI, works with clients across the state, and believes that a well-run business should support a full life — not consume it.
At Tactic Management, we work alongside you — not above you. Our mission is to give small and mid-sized businesses the strategic support, tactical tools, and industry expertise that larger competitors take for granted. We deliver personalized solutions, built for your specific situation, with results you can measure.
We optimize your operations so you can be present for the people who matter most. That's not a slogan — it's the reason this company exists.
You'll always know what we're doing, why we're doing it, and what it's costing you. No surprises, ever.
We cite our sources, we document our work, and we don't overstate what we can deliver.
True leadership is about asking the right questions of the right people. We prioritize a "we over me" approach in every engagement.
Strategy without execution is just conversation. We measure success by what actually changes in your business.
Recognized by the National Society of Leadership and Success, with formal study in Leadership and Organizational Development applied to every client engagement.
